Construction workers form a huge migrant population that generally lives
miserable existence on the construction site itself. Often with their families.
They are voiceless and exploited. And lack opportunity in every sphere.

We ensure that our construction staff has the proper safety equipment. We
do more than any other Builder to help with housing. sanitation and
healthcare facilites, and even education for their children.

We also make sure that the workers get their daily entertainment dose when
they return from work and hence there is a TV installed at their
quarters on site. Additionally,  yoga classes are held every weekend by a
certified instructor to make sure that their metal health is
rejuvenate to start their coming week.
