topped the charts in over 20 countries,
and became the fastest-selling album in British history.
In the middle of the sandy desert, the elegant and imposing
presence of the Joshua Trees make the Mojave Desert a

For Living Habitats, the Joshua Tree represents
the spiritual triumph of a small solitary tree,
itself apparently lost in the vastness of a world

Project Details

Mittal Joshua Tree is a gated sustainable community in Bhanoor, Hyderabad.
Like its namesake, this development reflects the ability to thrive in a
resource-scarce environment. We emphasize the use of renewable resources,
recycle much of the waste generated and create a carbon neutral residential
community.

Living Habitats brings a holistic design approach to this project which will
result in human-ecosystem equilibrium. Much of the power needs are met
by solar energy and water is carefully harvested and recycled for vertical
and terrace gardens — which grow fruit and vegetables with compost
generated from wet waste. Surplus water is chanelled to aquifers to
maintain or improve existing ground water levels.

Within easy driving distance from Hyderabad’s Financial District, Joshua Tree
is the epitome of ‘conscientious luxury’….live well, but live
in harmony with the planet.

Lahari Green Park

Mittal Joshua Tree is located in Lahari Green Park, next to
the famed Lahari Resorts, the property is a 30 minute’s
drive from the Financial District by the
Nehru Outer Ring Road (ORR). It is 45 minutes
to the airport and the Shankerpalli Road provides
parallel access to the city as well. This is one of
the fastest developing areas in Hyderabad, and the
greenest as well.
